Hylarana menglaensis is a species of true frog in the genus Hylarana. It is native to Mengla, Menghai, and Ximeng Counties of Yunnan, China. However, it is quite likely to be present in adjacent areas in Vietnam, Laos, and Myanmar. It altitudinal range is 120–1,000 m (390–3,280 ft) asl.

Description

Males measure 40–49 mm (1.6–1.9 in) and females 40–50 mm (1.6–2.0 in) in snout–vent length. Tadpoles are up to 34 mm (1.3 in) in total length.
