Its restaurants, such as Cafe M, Dar Beida, Bissat and the outdoor Les Bougainvillées cater in Moroccan, fusion or Parisian cuisine. Dar Beida is a traditional Moroccan restaurant resembling an Arab tent and Bissat is located under a Moorish dome.
