Hunger Strike! Inc. was a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provided medical, health, education, and financial services. It commenced operations in 1988 as a group that fed and clothed the homeless in the Washington, D.C. area. In the 1990, it was formally incorporated.

The operations later expanded to Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. In 1993, the organization began offering free physical assessments and free seminars on "Health, Nutrition, and Natural Remedies". These seminars were conducted in the United States, India, Sri Lanka, Germany, and Denmark. Invitations were extended from Romania and Pakistan. In India and Sri Lanka, Hunger Strike! Inc. operated as Genesis Health Foundation. The operations were featured in Three Angels Broadcasting Network in 1994.

Hunger Strike! Inc. offered physical assessments for the underprivileged, a natural remedy clinic, provided financial help by filling in temporary gaps for those needing rent, education, funeral expenses, grocery help, and other personal needs. It operated through contributions of individual donors.

The organization's founder was Dr. Jacob D. Gnanakkan. The original Board members were Dr. Jacob D. Gnanakkan, Angela Ferrari Gnanakkan, and Evanir Garcia. The Board Members from 2014 to 2016 were Dr. Jacob D. Gnanakkan, Founder & President; Elizabeth Abel, Vice President; and Raj Abel, Secretary-Treasurer.

The company dissolved in 2016.
