Hugo Lous Mohr (27 September 1889 – 20 February 1970) was a Norwegian painter. He was born in Mandal, and was a brother of Bjarne Lous Mohr and Otto Lous Mohr, and brother-in-law of Tove Mohr. His main works are probably his decorations in the Oslo Cathedral, painted between 1935 and 1950. Frosset fjell (1927) and Skjærgård (1936) are located in the National Gallery of Norway. He was decorated Commander of the Order of St. Olav in 1955.
