Sir Hugh Wyndham (c. 1628 – May 1713) was an English politician. He sat in the House of Commons of England from 1679 to 1690 as a Member of Parliament (MP) for Minehead.

He was the oldest son of (Sir) Edmund Wyndham and brother of Sir Charles Wyndham and Thomas Wyndham. In 1650 he married Joan Drake, daughter of Sir Francis Drake, 1st Baronet, of Buckland Monachorum, Devon.
