Hugh Roumieu Gough (1843, Islington, London - 1904, Fulham, London) was an English architect.

He was the son of son of fellow architect Alexander Dick Gough.

He designed St Cuthbert's, Earls Court, built 1884-87, a Grade I listed Anglican church at 50 Philbeach Gardens, Earls Court, London SW5.
