Hugh Coventry (8 April 1922 – 21 July 2006) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Collingwood in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Hugh was the son of Syd Coventry. His career was interrupted by World War 2 after playing in the 1940 Reserves Premiership and making his debut at 19 in 1941. He was awarded a Distinguished Flying Cross as a Flight Lieutenant.
