The Hotel Métropole Geneva (formerly the Swissôtel Métropole Geneva) is a five-star hotel in Geneva, Switzerland, situated on the left bank of Lake Geneva. Housed in a building originally constructed in 1854, on the city's ancient fortifications.
The hotel is opposite the Jardin Anglais, which is home to the L'horloge fleurie (floral clock), on the rue du Rhône, Geneva's luxury shopping street, and is close to the business district and the Jet d'Eau, one of the city's most famous landmarks.
Since July 1, 2016, Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts is no longer managing this Hotel. The hotel is now named Hotel Métropole Genève and distributed under Preferred Hotel & Resorts Group (PHG).
