Hot cycling refers to a spin class performed in a room heated between 80 - 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Like hot yoga, which uses heat to increase an individual’s flexibility in the poses, hot cycling enables a greater level of fat burning, elevates metabolism and allows the body to natural detoxify itself. Heated exercise has also been scientifically proven to strengthen the immune system and increase the volume of oxygenated blood which can lower cholesterol.
