Hossein Fatemi (Persian: حسین فاطمی) (born 1980) is an Iranian Strongman and Powerlifter, competing for Iran in international powerlifting competitions.
He participated three times in Iran's Strongest Man competition, and could reach the final in all of them (2001, 2005–2006).
