Historic Associate Reformed Church and Cemetery (also known as Historic Hopewell Church Inc) is a historic church in Morning Sun, Ohio.

The congregation was founded in 1808 by anti-slavery congregants who left Kentucky and South Carolina. The church building was constructed in 1825 to replace an earlier log building. The congregation planted several other Presbyterian congregations in the surrounding areas. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. The building is now used for summer services.
