Hong Qiao International School - Rainbow Bridge International School (HQIS-RBIS) is an international school located in Gubei, Shanghai. Its previous campus was in proximity to the Shanghai Zoo.
It its doors in 1997 with just two classes serving eighteen preschool students. In 2012 RBIS-HQIS became an International Baccalaureate (IB) World school authorized to teach the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
Upcoming relocation
RBIS will be moving campuses to Yili Lu & Guyang Lu and switching the name of the school to Hong Qiao International School (HQIS) beginning January 12, 2015.
