Homona bicornis is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in the Philippines on the island of Luzon.
The wingspan is 15–17 mm for males and 20–25 mm for females. The forewings of the males are pale ochreous, suffused with somewhat opalescent lilac white. The markings are light tawny, slightly mixed with pale lilac and with dark brown. The costal fold is sometimes tawny, with a few brownish transverse lines. The hindwings are dark greyish fuscous. The costal half is sometimes golden ochreous. The female forewings are pale tawny ochreous scattered with fine transverse dark brown strigulae (fine streaks). The hindwings are pale ochreous orange, becoming deeper colored towards the apex and pale towards the dorsum. The apex is slightly suffused and strigulated with brown.
