Homaloxestis pancrocopa is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1937. It is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Katanga).

The wingspan is about 15 mm. The forewings are ochreous-yellow, in females deeper, some slight brownish suffusion about the veins beyond the cell. The hindwings are pale ochreous-yellowish.
