Hoang Chinh

Hoang Chinh (born May 14, 1954) is a Vietnamese-Canadian poet, novelist, translator and a contributor to many Vietnamese literary magazines such as Da Mau, Hop Luu, Van, Van Hoc, Lang Van, The Ky 21. He graduated from Sai Gon Medical School in 1979 as a haematologist and migrated to Canada in 1983.

Two of his short stories have been broadcast on BBC World Service Programmes. He is currently living in Toronto and is an Accredited Court Interpreter.
