Hisar Division is one of the four divisions of Haryana State of India. The division comprises the districts of Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Hisar, Jind, Sirsa and Charkhi Dadri.
It is named after the Hisar (city) which was a fort in the late 10th century. The Gujri Mehel fort can still be visited.
