CityCenterDC Development Project
CityCenterDC is one of Hines’ most recent major projects in Washington, D.C. The site is being developed in three phases, with Phase I having delivered in early 2014. The mixed-use development includes offices, apartments, condominiums, retail and a future hotel in the upcoming Phase II development, for a total of 2.5 million square feet that sits on a 10-acre site. The final phase will include a 500,000 square foot office building, with 40,000 square feet of retail space.
