Hilton Birmingham Metropole is the largest hotel in England outside London – with 790 rooms and suites, and approximately 6,000 sqm of conference halls. It is located in the heart of England's largest and Europe's second largest conference and convention center, next to The NEC Birmingham. The hotel is eight miles from Birmingham city center and just five minutes from Birmingham International Airport.
The hotel was built in 1976, and its last complete renovation finished in 2014 - fifth floor Executive Lounge has a new interior design, featuring seating and tables by RHA Furniture.
Meetings and Events
The UK’s largest accommodation and conference hotel outside London has over 65,000 square feet of indoor space, with 33 different meeting rooms available, catering for 2 to 2,000 people who can be accommodated in 790 guest rooms. This capacity becomes the reason why many international awards and events are held in the hotel.
Hilton Birmingham Metropole was nominated for an England's Leading Conference Hotel in 2015.
