The Herbert A. Sadler House is a historic house at 574 Newport Avenue in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The elaborate 2-1/2 story Colonial Revival house was designed by Samuel B. Fuller of Pawtucket and built in 1906. It is now a rest home called the Victorian House.

Architect Fuller also designed houses for Henry Cole (536 Hope St, Providence) in 1910 and Bernard T. Lennon (43 Arlington St, Pawtucket) in 1917.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
