Herbert Benjamin Harris is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He was born on April 24, 1913 in Chicago, Illinois. Harris attended college at Northwestern University. He played four games in his career, in 1936 with the Philadelphia Phillies. Harris had a career 10.29 ERA. Herb died on January 18, 1991 in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
