Henry Augustus Marshall (died 1841) was a British official in Ceylon.

Life

Marshall was the 10th Civil Auditor General. He was appointed on 1823, succeeding J. W. Carrington, and held the office until 1841. He was succeeded by H. Wright.

Marshall died in Munwal, of fever.
