Heliosia perichares is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It was described by Turner in 1944. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland and New South Wales.

The wingspan is about 20 mm. The forewings are yellow with two black bars and a black marginal fringe. The hindwings are black with a yellow base.
