Helen Palmer (born 19 September 1974) is British archer. She represented Great Britain at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, taking part in both the women's individual and team events.

Palmer and her teammates Naomi Folkard and Alison Williamson failed to advance beyond the first elimination stage of the team competition, losing to the Indian team 230-228. Palmer was seeded 61st out of 64 archers in the individual competition following the preliminary ranking round, losing to China's He Ying in the first round by 141 points to 130. Her final ranking was 54th.

At the time of the 2004 Olympics, Palmer was a senior marketing manager with Alliance and Leicester bank, and a member of the Long Mynd Archers club in Church Stretton, Shropshire.
