Helenów Trębski [xɛˈlɛnuf ˈtrɛmpski] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczawin Kościelny, within Gostynin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north of Szczawin Kościelny, 11 km (7 mi) east of Gostynin, and 96 km (60 mi) west of Warsaw.
