Helenów [xɛˈlɛnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Policzna, within Zwoleń County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Zwoleń and 104 km (65 mi) south-east of Warsaw.
