Heidi K. Gardner is a Distinguished Fellow at Harvard Law School's Center on the Legal Profession, a Lecturer on Law and Faculty Chair of the HLS’s Accelerated Leadership Program.
Gardner's paper "Feeling the heat: The effects of performance pressure on teams' knowledge use and performance" was the recipient of the Academy of Management's award for "Outstanding Paper with Practical Implications for Management" in 2009.
