The Health Valley is a name given to the bio-medical research centres, industry, start-up companies and services (including the university hospitals of Lausanne and Geneva) in the Lemanic Arc (in French-speaking Switzerland).

The name of the Health Valley is inspired by the Silicon Valley. According to L'Hebdo, there are 750 biotech and medtech companies (20'000 employees) in the Lemanic region.

According to Fathi Derder, Patrick Aebischer (president of the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) actively promote the creation of a Health Valley in the Lemanic Arc.
