Headless Owl Records is a Canadian independent record label founded in 2012 by Andrew Stratis, Kyle Cashen and Mathias Kom (of The Burning Hell). Their primary base of operations is in Whitehorse, Yukon.

Headless Owl was formed as a means of producing high quality, special project based vinyl records with bands that might already have existing label relationships, but are looking for a means of releasing special projects, side projects, singles, etc. Since 2012 such Canadian artists as The Burning Hell, Tariq Hussain, EONS (Matt Cully of Bruce Peninsula), Michael Feuerstack and Jon Mckiel have all released albums through Headless Owl.

Headless Owl has also worked in conjunction with a few other Canadian indie-labels, most notably You've Changed Records, with whom they worked on a project entitled 'The Cost of Doing Business'. This project involved bringing nine artists up to Whitehorse to record an album (due for release in summer 2014) and for two live concerts, one in Whitehorse at the Yukon Arts Centre, and one in Dawson City at the Oddfellows ballroom. These artists included: The Burning Hell, Kyle Cashen, Construction & Destruction, Michael Feuerstack, Wax Mannequin, Baby Eagle, Marine Dreams, Shotgun Jimmie and Richard Laviolette. Headless Owl also worked in partnership with weewerk for the release of 'People' by The Burning Hell, and with Forward Music Group for the release of Michael Feuerstack's album 'Singer Songer', a Record Store Day release in 2014.
