The Hay Festival Dhaka is a literary festival held in the Bangladeshi capital Dhaka. It is organized by the patrons of the Hay Festival of Literature and Arts in the United Kingdom. Hay Dhaka was founded by Peter Florence and Tahmima Anam in 2011, and has taken place annually since then.
The festival is held on the historic grounds of the Bangla Academy in the Ramna district of Dhaka.
History
In 2011, Hay Festival was started for a day in experiment at the British Council, Dhaka.
