Hatta Vidhan Sabha constituency (Hindi: हटा विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र) is one of the 230 Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) constituencies of Madhya Pradesh state in central India. This constituency came into existence in 1951, as one of the Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Madhya Pradesh state. This constituency is reserved for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled castes since 2008, following delimitation of the legislative assembly constituencies.

Hatta (constituency number 57) is one of the 4 Vidhan Sabha constituencies located in Damoh district. This constituency covers the entire Hatta and Patera tehsils, Hindoria nagar panchayat and part of Damoh tehsil of the district.

Hatta is part of Damoh Lok Sabha constituency along with seven other Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, Pathariya, Jabera and Damoh in this district, Deori, Rehli and Banda in Sagar district and Malhara in Chhatarpur district.
