Harvey James "Harry" O'Brien was the fifth head college football coach for The Citadel Bulldogs located in Charleston, South Carolina and he held that position for five seasons, from 1916 until 1921. His career coaching record at The Citadel was 14 wins, 15 losses, and 4 ties. This ranks him 12th at The Citadel in total wins and 11th at The Citadel in winning percentage
