Harrison Gordon "Harry" Higgins (born 8 October 1991) is an Australian-born rugby union player who plays for the United States national rugby union team. Higgins debuted for the U.S. on 18 June 2016 against Italy. Higgins plays for Old Blue Rugby Football Club, New York. Higgins attended Brisbane Grammar School from 2004 to 2008 and played in the First XV. A versatile player, Higgins can play No. 8 and Lock, but primarily plays flanker.
