Harrowgate Hill is an electoral ward and suburb in the borough of Darlington, England. It is situated north of Darlington town centre, and enclosed on two sides by railways — the East Coast Main Line to the east, and the Tees Valley Line to the west. The ward extends as far south as Thompson Street and as far north as Beaumont Hill. The population of this ward taken at the 2011 census was 5,997.
