Harpendyreus marungensis, the central mountain blue, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Uganda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. The habitat consists of montane grassland, moist savanna and the edges of roads in forests.
