Harold J. Cromer (1921 - June 8, 2013) a vaudeville dancer and comedian known as Stumpy in the team Stump and Stumpy.
Biography
He was born around 1925 in Manhattan and grew up in Hell's Kitchen and later Harlem. His father, William Cromer, was a railroad worker. His mother was Hattie Bell DeWalt. Both were from South Carolina.
He died on June 8, 2013 in Manhattan.
