Harold David Goldsmith, known as Hal (July 20, 1930, in Germany – March 13, 2004, in New York, New York) was an American foil and epee fencer. Featured in the CCNY Athletic Hall of Fame since 1970, Goldsmith's victories include the 1952 NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) foil championship and gold and silver medals at the [3] at the Pan American Games in 1951 and 1952.
