Harold Gravely Clarke (September 28, 1927 – February 26, 2013) was an American jurist and politician.

Born in Forsyth, Georgia, Clarke served in the United States Army during World War II. He received his bachelors and law degrees from University of Georgia. He practiced law in Forsyth. He served in the Georgia House of Representatives. In 1979, Clarke was appointed to the Georgia Supreme Court and served as chief justice. In 1985, he published a book: "Remembering Forward." Clarke died in Forsyth, Georgia on February 26, 2013 at the age of 85.
