Harald Astrup /ʼhɑːɾɑl ˈɑstɾʉp/ (12 May 1831 – 1914) was a Norwegian wholesaler, stadshauptmann and organizational leader.
He was born in Larvik to Henning Martin Astrup and Maren Dorothea Lohrbauer. He married Johanne Emilie Smith in 1861.
Their daughter Hanna (1869–1933) was married to politician Peter Andreas Morell. They also had the sons Henning (1864–1896), Eivind (1871–1895), Sigurd (1873–1949), and Thorvald Astrup (1876–1940).
Astrup settled as merchant in Christiania in 1857. He was a co-founder, board member and vice chairman of Kristiania Handelsstandsforening. From 1874 to 1877 he served as stadshauptmann in Chrisitania. He was decorated Knight of the Swedish Order of Vasa.
