Harald Astrup /ʼhɑːɾɑl ˈɑstɾʉp/ (12 May 1831 – 1914) was a Norwegian wholesaler, stadshauptmann and organizational leader.

He was born in Larvik to Henning Martin Astrup and Maren Dorothea Lohrbauer. He married Johanne Emilie Smith in 1861.
