Hans-Joachim Schibau (17 November 1915 – 22 July 1985) was a highly decorated Major im Generalstab in the Luftwaffe during World War II, and a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
