Hana Šromová (born 10 April 1978 in Kopřivnice) is a retired professional Czech female tennis player.
Šromová has won 8 singles and 35 doubles titles on the ITF circuit in her career. On 19 June 2006, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 87. On 24 July 2006, she peaked at world number 63 in the doubles rankings.

Coached by Lubomir Gerla for the last six years. Father, Jiri Srom, is a construction technician; mother, Hana Sromova, is a kindergarten teacher; has one brother, Jiri. Started playing tennis at age 7 when introduced to the sport by her parents, who both played. Favorite surface is indoor hardcourts; biggest weapon is forehand. Speaks Czech, English, German. Also enjoys seeing movies, listening to music, collecting phone cards. Most memorable experience was traveling to India for a tournament. Favorite cities are Prague, San Francisco.
