Hammarplast was a Swedish company that manufactured drip coffee makers and other household products. The company closed down in 1985 due to financial issues. The owner, CEO, and financial director of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, worked there as a vice president of the American subsidiary between 1979 and 1981.
