Hall was founded in 2010 by Brett Hellman and launched a beta in October, 2011. Hall graduated from a startup incubator called AngelPad in March 2011, and subsequently raised a round of funding from several VCs including PivotNorth Capital and Founder Collective.
The company was acquired by Atlassian in 2015.
