Halimah Nakaayi (born 16 October 1994) is a Ugandan middle-distance runner. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the women's 800 metres. She was the flag bearer for Uganda in the closing ceremony. Her biggest success is a gold medal at the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games.
