Halat Um al-Baidh (Arabic: حالة أم البيض) is a town in the island of Sitra, Bahrain. The area was inhabited by 150 Sunni Arabs in 1905, many of whom died in the late 1910s as a result of the smallpox epidemic which killed most of Sitra's native inhabitants (whom were predominantly Sunni). Today it is inhabited by 100 people, most working in Tourist facilities located in the town. It is the only village on Sitra belonging to the Southern Governorate of Bahrain.
