Haʾil Region (Arabic: حائل Ḥāʾil) is a region of Saudi Arabia, located in the north of the country. It has an area of 103,887 km² and a population of 527,033 (2004) census). Its capital is Haʾil. It is subdivided into four governorates: (with population):

History and governance
In 1921, King Abdulaziz captured Ha'il. The province was completely controlled by Al Sauds in 1922.
The region's current governor is Prince Saud bin Abdul Muhsin. Muqrin bin Abdulaziz was the former governor of Ha'il Province from 1980 to 1999.
