Human Resources Business Solutions (HRBS), is an independent compensation and benefits consultancy that was acquired by Mercer. Headquartered in Hong Kong, and with offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing, HRBS serves over 400 multinational companies across the Asia region. Originally an employee of Mercer, HRBS's founder Elaine Ng left Mercer to start HRBS, and sold the company to Mercer in 2015.
