The HK International Comedy Festival is an annual comedy festival in Hong Kong.

Founded by The TakeOut Comedy Club Hong Kong in 2007 for English and Chinese-speaking comedians resident in Hong Kong, the festival has expanded to include comedians from all over the world. There are separate English and Chinese language competitions. The festival also includes a night featuring improvisational comedy.

The 2016 festival will take place between October 13 and November 5.

  • 2007 The finals were hosted by Paul Ogata. Vivek Mahbubani won the Chinese competition and Tom Schmidt won the English competition.
  • 2008 The finals were hosted by Tom Cotter. Fab won the Chinese competition and Vivek Mahbubani won the English competition.
  • 2009 The finals were hosted by Kerri Louise. Yebi Hu won the Chinese competition and Ashley Strand won the English competition.
  • 2010 The finals were hosted by Shecky Wong. Christopher M won the Chinese competition and Andrew Chu won the English competition.
  • 2011 The finals were hosted by Butch Bradley. Tim Chan won the Chinese competition and Tama Churchouse won the English competition.
  • 2012 The finals were hosted by Ruben Paul. Fab won the Chinese competition and Rishi Budhrani won the English competition.
  • 2013 The finals were hosted by Paul Ogata. Jason Leong won the English competition.
  • 2014 The finals were hosted by Tom Cotter. Jim Brewsky won the English competition.
  • 2015 The finals were hosted by Gina Yashere. Drew Fralick won the English competition.
  • 2016 The finals were hosted by Paul Ogata. Hannan Azlan won the English competition.
