The Multifunctional Complex Gulliver (Ukrainian: Багатофункціональний комплекс «Gulliver») is a 35-story mixed-use building in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.

It is located at the very centre of the city near Palats Sportu metro station (municipal address: 1, Sportyvna Sq). It is the highest office building in Kiev and is the second highest building in the country.
Beside offices which are located in the tower block, the building also has lower block which houses a shopping mall, cinema theater, and other business and entertainment spots.
Originally the building was to be called "Continental", but in 2011 it was decided to give a name of Gulliver.
