The Gulf Cup Winners' Cup is a proposed regional association football tournament. The tournament was announced in June 2016 and is supposed to be a yearly tournament alongside the GCC Champions League and Gulf Cup of Nations. The first edition is set for 2017 in Qatar. It is organized by the Gulf Cup Federation (GCF), who was founded in 2016.
